This article analyzes the legal stage of homeworkers and teteworkers in Chile. In view of the absence of express rules that regulate and development compared to this type of work has been achieved in the business of others countries. Also, discusses the bases should establish a future regulation on thematter, bearing in mind the last bill presented in 2011.
