Authors

Abstract

Due to the extension of the pandemic context for the second year, it is necessary to establish universal coverage for the growing demand for palliative care and structure intervention strategies for the primary care health professionals who develop them. In this context, this article aims to reflect on the Quality of Life of PHC Health Personnel in Post-Pandemic Palliative Care. The need for palliative care grows daily to avoid the suffering of people who do not receive it globally. Therefore, it is vital to develop these benefits for individuals in their homes with their families from the primary level of care. Unfortunately, primary health care workers already had high levels of burnout before the pandemic due to the job's demands. With this background, it is necessary to support meaningful relationships and support networks, and promote teamwork, among other possible interventions. Understanding the current pandemic with scarce resources and increasing pressure on professionals. It is critical to establish concrete actions that impact the working conditions of primary health care workers who provide palliative care positively, positively impacting their quality of life. Thus, they have the precise tools to face the situation of caring for people with a life-threatening illness without having a negative influence on their health. That is, to be able to offer quality palliative care to individuals and families treated in primary health care, with a good quality of life for both those who provide and those who receive care
