This paper states that social housing inhabitants act on their houses facades with clear communication purposes, bases on meaningful cokes derived from their culture. This data, which has a semiotic character, is measurable and can be registered as characteristics, which cannot be put aside from the popular habitat. They are also feasible to be included in future programs for housing action in our country.
