Abstract

Gender construction causes unequal relationships of power between men and women, making a kind of violence that has special influence in domestic space. Realistic cinematography, like Italian Neorealism or the origins of New Chilean Cinema have filmed small things, showing domestic indoors and the unequal relations of gender; but, at the same time, this kind of cinemas have been contemporaries to historic moments when women started to have presence in public space. Ariadna Moreno Pellejero, Universidad de Zaragoza

Soy licenciada en Historia del Arte por la Universidad de Zaragoza y tengo un máster en investigación en Estudios Avanzados en Historia del Arte de la Universidad de Barcelona. Este máster me da acceso al doctorado. Mi investigación de trabajo final de máster fue sobre las mujeres en el cine neorrealista italiano y obtuvo mención a matrícula de honor. Actualmente he obtenido una beca de la Universidad de Zaragoza y del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores para trabajar en asuntos culturales en una embajada de España en Latinoamérica.
