n this paper we offer the Conference Opening by Professor Yves Dezalay at the Colloquium "Chile-France independent Edition: Public Space, repertoires of action and organizational models". Here the problem is exposed the circulation of knowledge and globalization. It will seek to address the issue of bibiliodiversidad as the strategy refers to the opposition between culture and market, the relationship between the independent publishing and multinationals edition.
